Return Policy:

 

• Customers have a 7-day window from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

• Returned items must be in unused, unwashed condition, with all tags intact, and in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• A valid proof of purchase (order receipt or invoice) is required for all returns.

• Any return shipment must be accompanied by the product’s original bill.

• A return shipping charge of ₹50 (inclusive of all taxes) will be deducted from the refund amount for each order.

Refund Policy:

 

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of receiving the returned item.

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

• In case the original payment method is not available, the refund will be processed via store credit.

• Shipping and handling fees will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
